REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT TERMS

Registration: Your place is confirmed only once payment has been received and you have received written confirmation.

Allocation of places: Places are allocated in the order payments are received.

Minimum number of participants: If a course is cancelled, the full fee will be refunded.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

More than 14 days before the course start: full refund.
-
7–13 days before: 50% refund.
-
Less than 7 days before or in case of no-show: no refund (a replacement participant can attend, no exception in the case of a medical certificate).

Rebooking: Possible subject to availability and alternative options.

Replacement participant: You may arrange a replacement yourself if you are unable to attend.

MATERIALS AND FIRING (IF REQUIRED FOR THE ACTIVITY)

Included in the course fee: Approx. 2 kg of clay, slips (engobes), and standard glazes unless otherwise stated.

Additional materials: Extra clay, bisque-fired items, or special glazes are charged separately, per quantity or per item.

Firing: First and second firings are included. Additional firings may be charged if required.

Size limitations: All items must fit within the kilns.

Liability: We are not responsible for cracks, deformation, or glaze defects that may occur during drying or firing.

SAFETY AND STUDIO RULES

Clothing: Wear clothes that can get dirty; aprons are available to borrow.

Hygiene: No food or drinks in the working area.

Personal responsibility: Participation is at your own risk. We are not responsible for personal belongings or clothing.

Children: Only allowed when accompanied by an adult and if the course permits it.

COURSE STRUCTURE AND ATTENDANCE

Punctuality: Please arrive on time, preferably 10 minutes before the course starts.

Missed sessions: Can only be made up subject to availability.

Additional studio access: Optional, but only within specified times.

Collection of finished pieces: Within 4 weeks after notification. After this time, storage cannot be guaranteed.

By participating, you agree to potential publication on social media or the website, unless you inform us otherwise.

Personal data: Used only for course information and communication.

SERVICE AND WELL-BEING

Refreshments: Fika is sometimes offered during the course; otherwise, you are welcome to bring your own.

Respect: Please maintain a calm and pleasant atmosphere, especially during evening sessions.
